Oh the humanity! Isn't there a pizza place one block up the street? I bet Ron did this because of the college opening up soon.

Sure, there are a few pizza joints in the vicinity. However, none of them serve beer. Or have games.
Also, as of yet, Sam Bucca's is only open during the evening, from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., not for lunch like the others are. So, there are a couple differences.

Seems like more than just a pizza shop (full bar, games, etc.)...what are your thoughts on this place for a corporate event?
