Additionally, "Nightclubs" are all going to be smoke free, but I imagine there will be some fuzziness there.

Plus the PA restaurant site FAQ is a little misleading. Restaurants with less than 20% food sales can only allow smoking if they apply for an exception. If the owner drops the ball on that one, then no smoking come Sept 11.
