Next Friday is Slow Food Harrisburg's Autumn Bounty "Meet the Producers" Slow Supper. This dinner will focus on heirloom apples and pork in a unique setting that allows you to meet both the farmers and the chefs.

heirloom apple sampler, barbequed pork slider, Waldorf salad, Amish-style apple & pork sausage, sparkling cider and farmstead cheese

Main plat
fennel & caramelized cipollini stuffed pork loin and apple risotto in cider glaze

Spitzenberg apple tarte Tatin and maple(raw milk) ice cream
