As you've seen, we're going through a little growth spurt over here at SaraBozich.com. Kelly is now posting weekly about athletics and alcohol, I've hired an intern (you'll meet her soon), and those links pages soon will be cleaned right up.
In the meantime, I'd like to introduce you to the latest addition to the SaraBozich.com team, Brittany.
Brittany actually applied for my intern position, but she's a bit overqualified - and a busy girl! I thought Brittany's enthusiasm for this area was refreshing, and so I scooped her up as a weekly contributor.
In her day job at Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN), Brittany has access to all of Pennsylvania's hidden charms, and she'll also be sharing some Pa. getaway ideas along the way. Most of the time, though, she'll be sharing her experiences as a local newbie. Please welcome her!
Read on to learn more about Brittany in her own words:
I hail from the coal mine region, and I’ve lived and traveled all around Pennsylvania - from Shippensburg to Philadelphia - so it’s only fitting that my job brought me to Harrisburg last fall, where I work as a television producer for PCN.
Usually I cover state politics for PCN, and lately I’ve been producing a new TV series, “Keystone Steel,” which highlights the steel industry in Pennsylvania.
When I’m not traveling around the state for work, I’m doing it with friends. If I’m not in town, you can find me in New York City, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, or at the beach. Just like Sara and Kelly, I’m all about exploring the nooks and crannies of Harrisburg for the latest nightlife, entertainment and adventure.
Some random facts: I was a bartender through college, so I’ve acquired a taste for good beer, aged wine and Ciroc. I’m a music buff (usually Top 40 from the ‘60s, through the ’90s), an artist (old masters) and a shopaholic - which gets me into trouble sometimes. Luckily, I’ve expanded my cardio from shopping to exercise: spinning, pilates, yoga and running. My goal for October is to run the Philly 5k. (Kelly, can you help?!)
I have a knack for making new friends wherever I go, and I’m probably the least shy person you’ll ever meet. So follow me through my adventures in work, life, love and travel - we’ll be destined to have a great time together!
Favorite drink: Cosmopolitan or Wine (alcoholic) Iced Coffee (non)
